What is Damaged Packaging?
Rachio receives returned products with opened boxes, damaged packaging, or shipping stickers with brand new controllers inside. Because of the packaging defects, we cannot sell them as new, so we're making them available to you at a deep discount. We don't want them to go to waste.

Understand Your Irrigation
Your sprinkler system is set up into zones that are activated from a controller. But it’s hard to remember which is which when they’re just wires connected to numbers. Rachio makes it easier to understand with images and names.
Simple Scheduling
The core function of any sprinkler controller is to run schedules at a pre-determined time. But your old controller might be difficult to navigate if you don’t have a manual handy.
We’ll provide recommendations but you set specific days and times for your watering (this is helpful if you have watering restrictions).

Scheduling Adjustments
These activate if you have recently received a lot of rain or rain is expected soon
