Rachio 3 Smart Sprinkler Controller

Smart Hose Timer - Out of warranty offer

I can not say enough good words about the customer service @ Rachio... The product it self is wonderful, easy to set up ( set it up and forget about it, its that easy) and my lawn looks fantastic!!! I had the product for 4 years now, the battery compartment had gotten a bit rusty, I contacted their customer service department, and they got back to me immediately, was able to replace my timer and within a few days was back in action.... Truly a great product and customer service department !!!

EXCELLENT!!

I love how I don't have to continually monitor my sprinklers schedule

Rachio

The Rachio 3 has been working great since I installed it. Setup was easy, the app is simple to use, and I haven’t had any issues with it. I really like being able to control everything from my phone and easily make changes to the watering schedule. Very happy with it so far.

Great Sprinkler Controller

This was so easy to set up and merge right in with my other Rachio devices.

This works just like it says. Super fast install and works perfectly.

Great purchase and great equipment!

Love this product. Kept our plants watered during our 2 week vacation.

Hose Timer

I have a Rachio 3 at my house and my mom's house. These are the best sprinkler controllers around.

The BEST sprinkler controller

The Rachio control enclosure is sturdy and looks nice. I am very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend it to anyone who's needs protection for their Rachio 3 device.

Nice Rachio enclosure

This is an excellent product, which has valuable features for my home irrigation needs.

Excellent Product

I've had Rachio controller for quite a while. Just upgraded to a Rachio 3 with 16 zones. So far everything works great. Definitely recommend.

So far seems excellent

We love our Rachio. Everything we hoped for, and more. 👍👍🥰

Works great

I replaced my old controller snd added a flowmeter after a large leak in my sprinkler system due to a valve failure cost over $1000 dollars for 1 month in early summer when I was away. I love being able to control and get warnings, check consumption, and do this while I’m away. I absolutely love my Rachio! I’m still learning all of the features and I’m loving it even more! Adding my weather station will be my next upgrade.

Saving water and $

Hose

This has the been the best experience using this valve timer. From the WiFi connected weather to the customer service everything has been fantastic. We really like that it has it's own weather connection and can skip watering when the forecast calls for rain . Set up was easy and if you have any questions their customer service is always there with answers. It is an A+ company and you won't be disappointed.

Perfect valve timer

Great Timer. Works and integrates into your current irrigation system effortlessly.

Great Timer / Watering Device

Very easy to install and setup. Creates schedule based on soil and sun exposure. Skips watering based on rain from weather apps.

Very Good Controller

So easy to use!

This was very easy to install. The device feels like it is well made. It was easy to use the app and integrate my Tempest weather station.

I’ve had 3 units now. Compared to competitors this is the only way to go. Far superior.

Great Product!

Purchased 2 of these timers for front and back yard control for watering the lawn. Applied a splitter to each so the lawn watering schedule can operate independent of other hose needs for general purpose and deck plants. Purchased the Rainbird sprinker head as well to position the water where it was needed on the lawn. Connection to Wifi was smooth . Would recommend this timer !

Smart hose timer

Pushed to install but happy

I love it. Should’ve gotten it two years ago.

Rachio review

I needed this a long time ago! Brilliant system

Love it

We added this switch to our existing system. It now controls an additional sprinkler system to handle the line up of blue spruce trees on our back patio property line. Great addition as we handle the drought conditions in Colorado.

Great adder to the system

Love it. Added to my others, now all watering is automatic

No more manual scheduling

Really nice Smart Valves, Although I tried to use the Rachio API to pull some data like water usage per valve and detecting water and could not. API connected fine but unable to query the data

Great Valves

Great device. Ez to set up and use. Maybe a bit pricey.

Awesome watering

The rachio is watching the weather and skipping watering my lawn, is must be saving me a lot of money.

Can't Wait to see my next Water Bill

Moved from a programmable device to the Rachio which supplements my 16 zone lawn system. Now I have everything on one app making it easier to control my yard watering. Great so far.

Rachio Hose End Timer

The Rachio smart hose end timer works well. The only problem I have had is the battery cover allow water to get to the batteries and it damaged the control beyond repair.

Easy to operate and control watering,

I bought two, one for my backyard and one for my front yard, as we were doing a lot of traveling this summer. It’s been exceptionally hot and my plants are thriving. Not having to worry has been such a relief and the weather sensor is phenomenal. I’m so glad I found this.

Incredible

The Rachio system has been such a relief. The setup was incredibly easy and the app is intuitive and straightforward. I went from a different smart hose timer, which was terrible to use. Thank you so much!

Hose timers

Excellent product and support. Had a problem with one new unit purchase and Rachio replaced it within 48 hrs.

Warranty and support

Setup was easy, did 2 16ch rachio's. One is in their outdoor enclosure. All is well

Easy

Works like a charm!

Awesome products that just work! What more could you as for.

3 zones. Painless set up to wifi. Turn it on from anywhere anytime. Was on vacation and heat wave came at home. Added extra water day. Love it.

Fantastic I bought 3

Easy installation and does the job as I expected

Fast and eady

I've just started to use this timer for a drip system in an area not covered by my in-ground sprinkler system. I'm very pleased with the ease of use so far.

I use the Rachio hose timers and valve to keep our plants happy during the hot dry Florida weather and can control it when I'm home or on the road. They are durable and My first ones have been in serves for 3 years now.

Rachio is great!

So far so good

Totally easy. Three screws into the house siding. Done. Had a short piece of extension cord from the previous controller that I ran into the designated enclosed electrical connection compartment and used a common Romex strain relief clamp in the provided entrance hole.

Weather proof enclosure installation

So easy to use and set up!!! Great product!!

Love Rachio

I highly recommend the Rachio Smart Hose Timer. I use it for my overhead automatic watering system for the ferns on my front porch, and it has worked very well. One of my favorite features is being able to control the Smart Hose Timer right from the app. The app also provides helpful information about the watering, which makes it easy to monitor and manage everything. Setup was simple — it connected to my Wi-Fi easily, and the initial setup process was quick and straightforward. Overall, it’s been a convenient and reliable addition to my watering system.

Great Addition to my Home Automation. . . The Rachio Smart Hose Timer

This allows me to address dry spots that zoned sprinklers are missing. I'm hoping Rachio will upgrade the app to do more controls such as schedule multiple hose end sprinkler cycles rather than having to go to app for each valve.
