Sometimes, you just don’t have access to WiFi, but need your Rachio controller to keep watering your yard and plants. Whether it’s a second home, or your router is too far from your Rachio, you can now connect your Rachio Controller to the internet via cellular technology! Our partners at Stargent have added cellular connectivity to our existing Weatherproof Enclosure, so that you can easily mount, protect and connect your Rachio controller wherever you would like. Choose from multiple cellular carriers to get the right fit for your area. Please note: Rachio Smart Sprinkler Controller sold separately, ships from Stargent and requires monthly payment for cellular connectivity.

Yes, but there are no contracts and you can cancel anytime. There is a one-time $15 set-up fee and $10 per month fee to access cellular through the carrier of your choice (Verizon, T-Mobile or AT&T). You can also get access to all three carriers for $15 per month. After you set up your controller, and pick a carrier, the monthly payment goes through our partner Stargent.
Unfortunately, no. Rachio Cellular Connect enclosures have been modified and enhanced by our partners at Stargent. Upgrade parts cannot be sold separately.
There is a one-time setup fee of $15 that is paid to our partner, Stargent. Once installed and connected, each Cellular Connect enclosure creates a unique WiFi/hotspot network that your Rachio controller can connect to.
