About Valve Monitoring

During calibration, the controller records the normal milliamp (mA) draw for each zone. On every future run it compares live current to that baseline, so it can catch issues early before they lead to dry spots or wasted water. A drop below 30 mA flags a disconnected or failed valve, while a spike above 400 mA signals a possible short.
